About me

I started this blog about 4 years ago wanting to share and educate people on how to live a plant based lifestyle. I wasn’t always a vegan. In fact, I used to think I had good eating habits. That is until I met my husband about 10 years ago. He introduced me to the vegetarian life along with the reasons behind it, which weren’t just about health. I have grown a lot and learned an immense amount about health, food, meditation, yoga and cleansing. I’m hoping to share what I have learned with you. I’m not an expert by any means but just want to pass on the information. Someone once told me that if you don’t share what you have learned you are a thief. So, humbly I would like to share my love of food, health, recipes, and cleansing with anyone who is interested. Once you start cleaning up your food life and treating your body as a temple there is a ripple effect. Your mind clears up, your sleep improves and your energy levels sore. It’s almost like going in reverse and getting back to the basics. Eating from the earth. Simplifying your food life.
